No joining fee and no contract. We have a 40 station fitness suite located on the second floor. The fitness suite is fully air-conditioned and comprises of 20 pieces of CV equipment, 20 pieces of resistant weight machines, a small selection of free weights, a stretch out area and floor work area.

 

 If you have been a member in the past there is no need to have an induction, simply fill out the forms and off you go.

Opening Times:

Monday - Friday 4pm - 9:30pm 

Saturday & Sunday 10am - 4:30pm

Last entry is 45 minutes before closing time.
